- 6 tablespoons melted butter

- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip

Instructions
- Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Press mixture firmly into an 8 or 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- Optional: Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes to help set crust. Allow to completely cool before adding filling.
- Make the Filling: Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and peanut butter until completely smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Finish the Pie: Pour filling into cooled graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to smooth it into an even layer.
- Cover pie tightly and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight is best.
- When ready to serve, top pie with desired toppings like whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, nuts, etc.
