About Us

Welcome to EasyCookFeed.com, where cooking meets memory, and every recipe tells a heartfelt story.

My name is Carmela Vitale , the founder of this space, and a proud Italian-American born into a family where everything started in the kitchen — with fresh dough, slow-simmered sauce, and the warmth of my grandmother’s hands.

I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, in a lively home filled with the smell of baked bread and loud family conversations around the dinner table. I spent countless hours next to my grandmother, Nonna Rosa, watching her make traditional Neapolitan dishes. She used to tell me, “Carmela, cooking is the soul of the family.”

I married in my early twenties, and today I’m a proud mother of three: Marco, Elena, and Giulia. They’ve grown up with the same flavors I once watched my grandmother create, and now every day in my kitchen is a chance to build new memories with them.

I started EasyCookFeed.com to share not just recipes, but a philosophy:
that the kitchen is not a place for pressure and speed, but for love, simplicity, and connection.

Here, you’ll find easy, home-style recipes inspired by classic Italian traditions — always with a modern and personal twist. Every dish on this site has a story. Each one has been shaped with wooden spoons, flour-dusted hands, and a warm smile.

If you’re looking for soulless, fast recipes, this site may not be for you. But if you want to cook, laugh, make mistakes, and truly love being in the kitchen — just like we used to with our moms and grandmas — then welcome to the EasyCookFeed family.

With every dish, we serve a little love.
